New Glasses!

I have been having to wear glasses since I was about the age of 8 years old, but only for reading. It has now come to the stage where I have to wear them all the time, so I thought when I was choosing my frames, I needed pairs that go with everything, and that I will hopefully continue to enjoy wearing for at least a couple of years. These were my choices!

Osiris - Pinkish Frames

I really like the frame of the glasses, and thought they suited the shape of my face. My mum thought it would be a good idea to buy a pair with colour. I'm still not sure about the boldness of the pink, but I'll wear them nonetheless.. I mean at least I can see well with them?

Osiris - Tortoise Shelled frames with metal arms

These are my favourite, I love everything about them! I think the shape suits my face, and I love the tortoise shell pattern. I also like that the arms are metal, and have a nice pattern on them, it really suits the plastic frame. I think this pair will be the ones I wear everyday, they'll go with everything!

p.s. It was such  a lovely day (25 degrees Celsius on the second last day of Winter is pretty exciting!) I decided to take my photos outside. I can't wait for the hot weather!

Kalangadoo Farmers Market

As I had the day off work, my family and I decided to travel 30 minutes down the road to the Kalangadoo Farmers Market. They have a lovely cafe, with lots of local food and drinks, and a room full of 'markety' things to purchase. There are locally made things as well as things from overseas (such as Peru). Everyone was so lovely, and there is a barbecue selling beautiful sausages, onions and burgers. We bought cheese, plum sauce, dvd's and videos as well as a very bright beanie. It was a lovely drive out to Kalangadoo, and the market was even more pleasant! If you would like to know more about the Kalangadoo Farmers Market, check out their website - Kalangadoo Farmers Market.

October Haul

Over the last couple of months I have been saving up all of my new purchases to put into a haul post. I did one of these a few months ago, and I had lots of in taking all the photos and writing about them. I wasn't very smart though and I haven't kept track of all the prices.. I will make sure next time I will;). Enjoy!!

Big W
The first thing I bought was a nice greeny/bluey coloured top that have capped sleeves and is longer than an average t-shirt. It looks nice tucked in to jean, skirts etc.

The next thing is a woolen jumper gets lighter as it gets closer to the bottom. It is so warm  and comfortable. It also looks really nice with necklaces, especially the ones I feature in my previous haul post.

This item is a nice dress that goes just above the knee and has horizontal navy blues and white lines. The sleeves go just to the elbow. This dress is suitable for winter and summer as it looks nice with stockings and a coat as well as by itself. the material is also nice and flowy so it is perfect for the summer heat.

Ally Fashion
Ally Fashion is quickly becoming my favourite place to shop as it always has things on sale, but I find the full priced things can sometimes be a good deal. A few months ago I saw this skirt as soon as I walked in and I had to have it. I was the very first person to buy it at that store.. So I got in quite quick! Anyway I love the colour and pattern and the length (it goes to just above the knee). I love wearing this with a nice top tucked in with or without stockings.

K-mart
A few months ago I was in my schools musical, so I had to stock up on my make-up, so I went into K-mart and found some good make-up for reasonably good prices.

Maybeline New York Concealer or Cover Up (Sorry about the very blurry picture..)

Maybeline New York Mineral Power - Powder Foundation. It also comes with a nice small brush.

Red Revlon Lipstick - 029

Maybeline New York Black Mascara

Ebay
Earlier this year I bought an Iphone 5, and I love buying different cases. So far I have bought 5 different cases (although I have only pictured 3) to use, although I original case has broken:( I love buying off Ebay as there are so many different styles and patterns and are always pretty cheap.

This one has different patterns ranging from birds to clouds to flowers, I thought it was really cute.

The next two have an Aztec pattern but are different styles. The first one is a normal cover and the second is a flip case with spaces for cards or money inside.

Ugg Boot Shop
In winter (or any other season) Ugg Boots are a must. I'm not sure about anywhere else, but Uggies are a very popular type of shoe. As you can see I wasn't very clever and didn't water proof them before wearing them outside at a camp when it rained most of the time..  and I now have a mark as long as your thumb along the side.. Anyway, these are very comfortable slippers and are a must in my wardrobe.

I hope you liked this post, if there was any part of it in particular, make sure you comment below what you liked. Thanks for reading!!

Thankyou + Random Haul

Helloooo
Before I begin the haul, I just wanted to say THANKYOU!!! I have had some lovely comments about my previous post (if you haven't read it yet, make sure you check it out!!) So many people have been saying such encouraging things. I was very nervous to see how people would react to the post, so seeing people enjoy reading and learning about Anxiety and Tic disorders means so much to me!!

<3

Anyway, on with the haul!! For a while, I have been meaning to show you all what I have bought recently. I've been waiting a while so the haul wouldn't be just a couple of things. So here it goes!!

Priceline
The first thing I have to show you is some nail polish I bought from Priceline. I have recently gotten back into wearing nail polish. So I decided I needed to get some colours that are a bit more bold. On the day I went in, they had a sale on, so I ended up buying 3 for the price of 2 I think. They are $7.95 each, so I only had to pay 15.90

The first one is a called Apricot Punch, no. 053. It is a nice light apricot colour. This is probably my favourite, it’s so pretty!

The next one is called Sunny Days, no. 450. This is a bright yellow that sparkles..I haven’t tried this one yet; it’s definitely not something I’d usually wear. But maybe when I am feeling brave..

The last one I bought is called Sun Downer, no. 440. It's not quite red, just really close to it I think.

Lavisa
The next thing I bought was a couple of necklaces. I found these on the sale rack and were $7 each from Lavisa. They are the same shape and style just different colours.

This one is a nice, bright and bold orange. I have been into orange a lot lately. It sort of goes with nearly everything in my wardrobe. So I expect I will be wearing this one a lot!

This one is a light pink and purple pattern. I will probably wear this when something a bit lighter.

Ally Fashion

The first thing I bought from Ally Fashion was a knitted jumper/top thing.. I didn't really have anything like this, and I really like what other people are wearing in the knitted department. So I thought I should buy something and give it a go. I love it!! Every time go shopping I am always looking out for something knitted I can buy!! They are so warm and soft!! I just LOVE it!! I also bought a blue knitted top, but I couldn't find it to show you, It's my favourite at the moment.

The next thing I bought from Ally Fashion was a dress. When I saw this I knew I had to try it on. It is maroon with black velvet pattern. It was $30. It's nice and formal, but something I could get away with at a less semi formal thing I think.

The last thing I have bought recently from Ally Fashion was a t-shirt. It was on special for only $5, I couldn't not buy it!! It has a star above 3 arrows that point downwards.

Cotton On

Cotton on in my town has recently had a sale of 40% off pretty much everything!! I went in on the last day of the sale and had a bit of a look.
This first thing I spotted was this jumper. It was $18, and has a nice, soft fleece material  on the inside. It is a nice reddish colour with 'NY 1975' on the front. This jumper will be very handy now that it's winter!!

Next I found this really pretty top with 'We make the world shine' on it. They are very short sleeves with the ends rolled up. It is also quite baggy, so it will definitely be comfortable. I think it was about $5?

Lastly I found these really cute ballerina flats. I love wearing flats, especially when they are bright. This pair is a peachy colour with a nice bow at the end. They are also really soft to touch. I haven't worn them yet, but I am expecting they will be my go-to pair of shoes this weekend :).

I think that's everything! I know I have definitely missed things, but that was probably enough;). Comment below or message me on my twitter (kinah97) and tell me if you enjoy these sort of posts, and I am happy to hear suggestions of what some of my posts could be. I am also thinking about starting a YouTube channel and do these sort of videos.. So thoughts about that are also very welcome.
