A couple of months ago, I decided to get fit and start running 3 times a week. I went from just being able to run at 60 second intervals to 30 minutes without stopping. Well, today I ran 5 km's (adding up to around 50 minutes of non-stop running). I am so excited that I have got this far, and I don't plan on stopping, I'm hoping to keep getting faster and faster. Everyday, near the end of the run I took a photo of the lake (and one day, the beach) which shows the gradual change in colour of the lake. I wrote about the deciding to get fit here.
